Fresh Cuts. is a former location near Safe Service Bank and behind BE Fashion, it is now Fresh Cups. The store was hard to spot since it sat in the corner of the Alleyway of Safe Service Bank. It sits behind wire fences, ladders and shelving for a construction site.
Once you entered, you were greeted by a front desk. Three seats on the far left of the shop act as the spots to get your hair done. In the far back of the area, shelves with books, beanbags and a table made a nice waiting/lounging area.
As a small business franchised/ran by Executives and Civilians, it was the only one of it's kind in the district! Who doesn't like getting a new look and looking as fresh as ever? Despite the innocent use of the facility, there was more to it than just getting your hair done. There were mysterious people who used Fresh Cuts to cause a drastic change to their appearance. Could it may be to hide their identity? Who/What could they possibly be hiding their identity from?
