The Mid-Range Apartments, Otherwise known as the Neon District Apartments, Are a set of 6 different apartments varying in price, furniture and size. 4 of which cost 400 E-Cash and are lightly furnished with no view and small in size. The other two cost 500 E-Cash, one of which has a long hallway leading to a large room with a view of the side of the Church of Unicode entrance. The other one is a spacious room with a lot of furnishing. These apartments are much nicer than the slums in shanty town, but not quite as nice as the Executive apartments and the Shiguto apartments but cost 99-199 E-Cash less.
