The Attack on the Tower is an episode in Neon District.
The event is entirely contained within the Watch Tower. While nothing seems amiss initially, taking the elevator up to the second floor presents the player with a chaotic scene where a red alarm and klaxon are activated. The path to the corridor is blockaded by a bullet-ridden table, and the server room is ransacked with servers overturned and ejected discs lying on the ground. In the office area below, desks are overturned and debris lies scattered on the floor.
The description implies this attack is the aftermath of the City Authority Riots. Due to The Black Market episode happening shortly before this, it is safe to assume the influx of weapons in the city also helped to spur this on.
RP during this event is very chaotic and full of fire fights, though the occasional reporter or average citizen will attempt to investigate themselves or get involved with one of the factions.
